The front façade feature that distinguishes the two dwellings is an institute concrete panel crafted with precision to achieve a
captivating scallop effect. Utilizing an innovative negative form liner technique, the concrete panel was meticulously designed to create a visually striking façade that serves as a focal point of the development.
The intricate mould used to shape the concrete panel was expertly crafted in Queensland. Once completed, the mould was transported to the site in Sydney, where the concrete pour took place over the course of an entire day. This meticulous process ensured the flawless execution of the design, resulting in a seamless and impactful architectural feature.
